Organization and Storage in a small bathroom? - toothbrush storage

My bathroom is leterally 4 x 6 The bathroom in the house ... There is even room for one of the shelves of the toilet because the sink and the toilet are too close together. Storing all we have is the small sink cabinet .... I speak very low. Oh, and the medicine cabinet microphone that only about a foot high and half! At the moment I have one in the field of door shoe as a repository for all the hair gel and combs and toothbrushes, but I like to make something better. Ideas?
