Nervous about spotting, BBT - 5 weeks pregnant? - cervical mucous prior to period

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy, and had a half after the relationship (discovered but not before the relationship was a very pale pink) in my cervical mucus. I called my midwife, a nurse who said not to worry about. Today my BBT is increased from 98.5 (which for me is very high) to 97.9 (still above reference 5). Previously, it had pretty steady growth. I am pleased concerned about the possibility of a miscarriage. Someone else happened, and what was the outcome? BTW, I still have breast pain and nausea (yet), but I'm sensitive to smells.
